✨ A Dark Fine Dining Experience Like No Other ✨
This Día de los Muertos, indulge in a four-course culinary journey inspired by tradition, memory, and the vibrant soul of Mexico.
🍞 Appetizer – Pantzi
Begin the night with warmth and comfort with a homemade bread platter served with three rich butters: smoky chipotle, bright cilantro, and deep morita chili. A simple yet soulful start that honors the essence of Mexican hospitality.
🥣 2nd Course – Crema de repollo morada y manzana or Capresa a la Mexicana
Choose between a magical color-changing cream of red cabbage and apple soup that surprises the senses, or a refreshing Mexican Caprese with fresh Oaxaca cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic oil, and balsamic reduction — a playful blend of local tradition and elegance.
🍖 3rd Course – Costilla Braseada en Gravy de Mole or Pescado Empapelado
Experience depth and soul in every bite. Our slow-cooked short rib, bathed in a luxurious mole gravy, is paired with a creamy pumpkin-potato purée, a true taste of fall and ancestral comfort.
Or savor the delicate Pescado Empapelado, mahi-mahi steamed in a banana leaf with cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers… aromatic, light, and full of life.
🎃 4th Course – Calabaza en Dulce
End your evening on a nostalgic note with Calabaza en Dulce — slow-cooked pumpkin in a homemade cane-sugar syrup, a traditional dessert that captures the sweetness of memory and celebration.
💀 Every course is a tribute to life, love, and the flavors that connect us to those who came before.
